Joyce Corsi Hazen

Joyce was recommended to me when I was looking for a realtor to handle my search for a small home in Surprise, Peoria, or Glendale.  I was in another state at the time, and Joyce helped me narrow down my search, so that when I came to town to see houses, we had a good list of likely homes. She had gone to one home --that I ended up buying--and made a vdeo which I was able to view before coming to town. I have worked with several different realtors in different cities, and I think Joyce is the best I have known. She seemed always to be advocating for me and to have my best interests in mind, and she did so in an assertive yet professional and diplomatic way. Her knowledge of real estate in general and the Glendale area specifically helped me to decide which house to buy. She asked good questions and shared with me some very important knowledge about things like foreclosures and short sales. She skillfully negotiated a very fair purchase price of the home I bought, and also negotiated some savings on repairs expense and closing costs. She dealt with my difficult and slow-moving lender and helped save me some money on fees that she noticed  had been erroneously added to my closing costs.  She always answered questions that I had and was easy to work with, helpful, dependable, and reliable.
