+ -1 moreJoe repaced our aging air conditioner. His prices were reasonable, however it is indeed hard to get hold of him.
Description of Work: Joe is good at his job and his prices are reasonable. The big challenge is getting hold of him and pinning him down on an appointment time. Having said that, he was reasonably prompt in an emergency situation.
