+ -1 moreWe called Jim on May 2nd 2018 He and his brother came out and assessed what needed to be done on May 3rd and installed the pool rail on May 4th. It couldn't have gone smoother and Jim and his brother couldn't have been more professional. The pool rail works great - Jim has been in the business for 30 years and I would reccomend his services in a heartbeat! The pool rail makes it very easy for my 86 year old mother to get in an out of our pool, ensuring she gets the exercise she needs. It is very supportive and high quality. Additionally, Jim reccomended that we put a covering on the railing so that it stays cool in the summer which works beautifully given our hot summers.

+ -1 moreHe came as scheduled within a couple of days from my call. Our general contractor had unsuccessfully attempted to fix the light by sealing it with silicone. Jim found the pool light replacement, installed it, and now everything works fine.
Description of Work: Jim replaced our pool light. Water was leaking into it, which caused the GFI circuit to blow out so everything else on the circuit was also dead.
