I was very happy working with Thomas (owner) to upgrade the locks on the home we just purchased. He is very knowledgeable on home security and took the time to assess in detail all the vulnerabilities of our home. His pricing was very reasonable and there was no pressure to buy. He is also very meticulous about installation.

Tom explained all my options for changing my old locks to new deadbolts. After making a choice he was able to change the locks right away. In addition, he gave me tips for securing my windows and patio door. I'm feeling much more secure in my home now....thanks Tom

Purchased a house but received no keys. This is the 3rd of July... 4th of July I called Tom. He responded immediately, helped with my problem and gave me options. Worked diligently, clean and fast. He "broke into the house", installed new lock sets and re keyed every door (8 doors).

We were very happy with Tom’s work. He is very personable and professional and easy to work with. We had a mess with our locks S each lock had its own key and some were missing. Tom cleaned it all up so now we have all rekeyed locks and one key that works for all our locks. Call Tom you won’t be disapointed.

From the moment I spoke to Tom I knew I was in good hands. My father passed away unexpectedly this past week and we needed to have the doors re-keyed. There was a lot of grief and crying going on. Tom quickly made time on his schedule and was at my father's house in less than an hour. Tom was a professional. He was quiet and quick to go to work. Within the hour the doors were re-keyed and working smoothly.

Mr. Watson was professional, courteous, and friendly. I spoke with him Tuesday morning and he had an appointment available the same afternoon. The job prior to ours was taking a little longer than expected so he gave us a courtesy call with an update on when he would arrive. Once Mr. Watson arrived he was quick and thorough. He replaced the locks and inspected the hardware efficiently. In fact, it took longer to get a cell signal to process payment than it did for him to replace the three locks. I highly recommend Mr. Watson and will keep his information at hand for any locksmith services we may need in the future.
