I researched the company using Angie's List and looking at the BBB site. I called Dan and gave him the info about the house and our renter's phone #. He was flexible and worked around the renter's schedule (who kept rescheduling). After the inspection we received the report the next day via email and were happy with the detail. We thought it went very well, especially since we couldn't be there in person.
