I first found him when I got mad after my 7th trip to another home improvement store and still not getting correct part or correct advice (I even had digital pictures to show them what I needed). I walked in, described the situation he grabbed the part, charged me $2 and I was off. Of course everything worked exactly as he had said. I was thrilled! Before I had left, he told me to call him if I had any problems or questions during the project. When I called to tell him all was perfect, he said congrats. I will never go anywhere but there for plumbing supplies again!

THE WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE, BUT AVERAGE. COST SEEMED A LITTLE OVER-PRICED FOR A FAUCET.
