It went very well, they were on time, and finished when they said they would.  Work was very good,no compliaints, never had to call them back to fix anything.  They were very efficient and professional.

We also went to two other places but found that Home Depot had the best selection of carpets and their prices were lower. They gave us detailed instructions on what to expect when the crew arrived including clearly indicating what we had to move and what they would move. The USIG installation crew was on time, did excellent work, completed it in one day, and cleaned up well after they finished.

They showed up on the day they said they would. They were very fast in doing the installation and didn't break anything. They were very friendly and had everything completely hooked up before they left. We were very satisfied with the service.

The folks at Home Depot were helpful in showing me how to find the carpet that suited my needs. They did their part very efficiently. Ambassador was very professional and prompt in regards to the estimate, and in coordinating the installation. I found the 3 installers to be polite and hardworking. They were rushed at the end and didn't vacuum before leaving, so I had lots of cut carpet laying around. My only real complaint or concern is that the estimator over-estimated. I ended up with a 10x10 piece left over, which is about $500 worth of ''scrap''. Next time I'll know to watch for this.

THE OVERALL WORK WAS DONE WELL, THE THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THAT THEY HAD 2 YOUNG WORKERS HELPING MOVE FURNITURE AND I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY ROUGH WITH MY NEW FURNITURE.
