Issues with this store are considerable.  The ?owner? is a master of passive aggressive salesmanship. He tells the customer what s/he wants to hear.  Ask the merchant what the guarantee is on the Murphy Bed system/mechanisms, he will answer - it has a lifetime guarantee but he will not provide it in writing while you are shopping. Purchase the without a mattress and ask for the specifications for a
mattress and he is evasive.  When he finally provides the specifications, they are so extreme, that you can only
purchase the mattress from him. Whatever mattress you say you are looking for, he will claim to be able to get you a deal on the mattress. In our case he offered to be able to get a Tempurpedic at the ?employee/family? discount.  Purchase the unit and ask for the
guarantee/warranty in writing, he will tell you that it will be sent after delivery of all items.  That occurred over 12 days ago, we are still waiting and he is not returning phone calls.
The Yelp page indicates that this merchant will accept credit cards and checks.  It is important to note that he will take checks, but no credit cards. Don't walk away from this place - RUN.
