Dan Heinrich came, looked at what the problem was, Termites, explained their service and quoted me a price. He then explained exactly what they would do and I hired them. They showed up the next day did the job which was all around my home on the outside and the inside I had one room that had termites, so they lifted up the carpet, treated it and then reinstalled the carpet and it looked the same as new and then completed the job. As I agreed to a 3-year program in which they will come out every year to inspect and if any additional work is needed, they also will do it and come back any time I need them for additional service. Dan also explained that after the 3 years had passed it would be $150 to continue for another year and of course this was based on todays prices so that price could change.
