The Doctor is really good. Everything is clean and not smelly. The wait was only 15-20 minutes. If you have an appointment you don't have to wait like you normally do. They get you right in. The Vet likes everybody. They are really good with him. They handle him well. The place is not dirty or smelly and they do a good job.

His is the best. We had a special situation with our dog. He laid out several ways to fix it and recommended the right option for our situation. I have been really happy with his care. He does very nice and neat work.

I have been using them for nine years. My experience with them was the best! Since we've lived here, we have had two of our dogs who's needed to be put to sleep. They treated our dogs. One of them have diabetes and cancer. They've done everything to those dogs, and they've gone way out of their way for them. And then, when we took them there to have them put to sleep, it was like everybody was involved. It was truly a cool place. You feel like they're really good people. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

I like the veterinarian. The staff is friendly. The overall experience was excellent. I would use this practice again.

On 10/12/07 I took my two small dogs to this pet clinic for vaccinations. We've taken our dogs there before and each time we paid $45 per dog for an exam even though I didn't know why. On 10/12 we needed updated shots so that we could begin boarding our dogs in the future at Pet Smart. The dogs received a Bordetella shot and again we paid $90 ($45 each) for exams. The doctor told us the dogs were both in excellent shape and we needed to bring the dogs back in a couple of weeks for a Bordetella booster shot. On 11/3/07 I brought the dogs in and was told by the receptionist that on top of the cost of the booster shots the dogs would again need to be "examined" (another $90). I explained that the dogs had been examined only 3 weeks earlier and they were in fine health. I declined the exam but wanted the boosters. After checking she stated that it was the "law" to have an exam prior. I checked on-line with the County and could not find that law. Is this office lying to me?

DR. ROLLINS IS A GREAT VET, VERY COMPASSIONATE. THEIR PRICES SEEM A LITTLE HIGH AND I ALWAYS SEEM TO SPEND MORE THAN I ANTICIPATE, BUT I TRUST DR. ROLLINS AND THEREFORE I DON'T WANT TO FIND A NEW VET.
