Thomas Walsh is really good. He has a day job so this is his weekend work. It was 160 degrees out there and he was working. I told him to come next weekend and he said No. He is good, he is fast, he cleans up everything afterwards really well, which is a really nice surprise because they don't always clean up after themselves. He is not limited to just paint. Cost depends on what we have him do. This cost was for two full days of work.
Description of Work: Happy House Painting Company does interior and exterior painting. He also polishes our wood doors and outdoor furniture. He is restoring 6 teak chairs for us. He replaced a gate that has wood slats and painted the iron to match our house trim.
