It was a great experience and I have also used them before. I did not have any dislikes about the service and I also liked the service that they have done for me before. They did a good job. I liked the technician that came out. He explained everything to me like what he was doing and why I was having the problem that I was having with the garage door. I have not had any issues since the service was provided. He was efficient, effective and their price was not unreasonable.

The guy was terrific. Martin came on time, he had a great personality, I was charged the amount I was told over the phone, and he was to fix the door in ten minute's time. He joked around and was a pleasure to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better repairman or service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.

Although I told the company on the phone the exact model of my Lift Master, the service man brought the wrong circuit board for the morning appointment, so I had to wait around until the afternoon when he brought the correct one. It took him about 10 minutes to snap out the old one and snap in the connection to the new circuit board. Programming to the remote takes 30 seconds - just a push of the buttons on the remote and on the circuit board. After the service was performed, I found that the same circuit board that Guaranteed Door charged me $95 was selling on Amazon.com for only $65. I called the rep to complain about the overcharge for the part, but she refused to change the cost of the part. And if charging $195 for a 10 minute job and a $65 part was not bad enough, the service man tried to hustle me out of another $40 claiming that the remote needed to be re-programmed to my other garage door. I use the single button remote, so this made no sense, since the 2 garage doors operate independently and have their own individual codes for each remote. But, since programming takes less than a minute, I let him do it since I thought there would not be a charge for this (especially since it was not necessary). So when I saw that the service guy tacked on an additional $40 charge for the unnecessary programming of the second remote that takes less than a minute, I told him to take a hike and refused to pay the ridiculous charge. Being soaked for $195 was bad enough. The next day I told the company rep about how the service guy tried to take me for a ride for an extra $40 beyond the excess charge for the part. She was giving excuses that when you have 2 or 3 buttons on the remotes it is necessary to program them both, but my remotes have only one button and work independently so her attempt to expain was sheer bull.

Since this company was the original garage door installer on our rental home, our landlord contacted them to replace our garage door (springs had broken). What a mistake! After promising to come out and ''look at the door'' and also set an appointment to install the door, they did not show up either time or call to cancel. After we contacted our landlord that we hadn't seen or heard from them in a week, he called them. They called and said they would be here on Wed. (yesterday). They told us, not asked us if this was convenient. Yes, one installer did show up at the time promised, and he was very nice and professional (Scott). Then he told us it was C.O.D., they called that we would have to pay this. They did not give us a senior discount! From reading past reports, it looks like we may have to contact them again if the door doesn't work correctly, and we won't want to do this. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

WHEN I CALLED I WAS TREATED KINDLY. SINCE IT WAS VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING, THE DISPATCHER EXPLAINED IF I COULD CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS I COULD SAVE SOME MONEY. I APPRECIATED THAT AND I DID WAIT TO CALL BACK. THE REPAIRMAN ARRIVED VERY SOON THEREAFTER AND IMMEDIATELY DID THE REPAIR. I KNEW FROM A PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE THAT WE SHOULD REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS NOT JUST THE ONE THAT WAS BROKEN.

THE REPLACEMENT STARTED OFF WELL. WE WERE ABLE TO REPLACE THE SECTIONS RATHER THAN THE ENTIRE DOOR, BUT THE SERVICE WENT DOWNHILL AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. THEY HAD TO COME BACK SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THE WORK WAS NOT CORRECT.

I PICKED HIM FROM YOUR LIST SINCE THEY HAD AN EXCELLENT RATING. THE WORKMEN WAS VERY POLITE AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT THEY WERE AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE. MY HUSBAND TOOK THE TIME OFF WORK AND WAS HOME WAITING FOR THEM. WHEN IT WAS ABOUT A HALF HOUR LATE MY HUSBAND CALLED THE COMPANY TO SEE IF ANYONE WOULD BE SHOWING UP. BEING IN BUSINESS MYSELF I KNOW THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE FOR ME AND IF I KNOW I WILL BE LATE FOR AN APPOINTMENT I ALWAYS CALL MY CLIENT. IT WOULD OF BEEN NICE FOR SOMEONE TO HAVE CALLED AND LET US KNOW THEY WOULD BE LATE.
