House Cleaning
I just moved in and had boxes all over the closet. When Chanel called me to set up the appointment, she said they could do a demonstration. Ramone came out and I showed him the areas. He asked if my husband was home to do the demonstration for the vacuum. I said no because he was in Kentucky. He said he could come back when he was home. I told him that he has worked in Kentucky since 2007, so that wouldn't happen any time soon. He said he could do a courtesy search for me and he asked me to use my phone. He called and spoke with Mark and Mark said they couldn't do the courtesy cleaning. They have lack of customer service.
