Four Seasons Spa Village

We head that there was a local company that made a spa that got HOT/COLD, we had been wondering about that for a long time, we wanted a hot tub but wanted to use it year round.. This was perfect for us, the kids are gone and we dont want the hastle of a pool. We sat the spa right on the rocks, their spas dont need concrete so it saved us almost $1,000.00. The spa is amazing we keep it around 102 in the winter and cooler at 80 in the summer. I have back problems and need therapy daily.

I took off work for the delivery, and they were five hours late! I kept being told that they were on their way. When the guys delivered the spa, etc., they told me that the entertainment center, fireplace, etc.'s paint was still wet, as they just finished building it. Our radio has not worked since day one, and we kept getting told different stories (bad batch of radios - we've had four replaced, the power supply was inefficient for Arizona, etc.). We drilled holes in the entertainment center ourselves for additional ventilation (Four Seasons' suggestion), and it still didn't work. No enough space here to list all of the problems we've had, but I would not purchase any items from them in the future. Others that I recommended to use Four Seasons have had the same problem with their radio. Buyer beware!

THE SERVICE WAS PUNCTUAL, THEY EVEN ANSWERED AND CAME ON THE WEEKEND WHEN THE LEAK WAS NOTICED... GREAT COMPANY, WE WOULD NOT USE ANY OTHER.

I HAD A LIMITED SPACE IN WHICH THESE GUYS HAD TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL IN DELIVERING THE SPA AND GETTING IT SET UP PROPERLY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN INSTRUCTING THE USE OF THE BUTTONS. I NOTICED A LOOSE BOARD AFTER THEY WERE GONE. THEY CAME BACK IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER AND FIXED IT. I ALSO ORDERED A REPLACEMENT COVER FROM THEM 2 YEARS LATER. AGAIN, VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL ON PRICING, ETC.
