It went very well.  They were here where they said they would be.  The work needed be coordinated with roofers, and they did that for me. Overall,  it was a great experience.

Service was completed on ac unit. Spoke with technician about cost saving, he looked at the air vents and attic and recommended insulation with a recommended business.

After this company completed the maintenance, a consistent buzzing noise started coming from the AC unit.  When I called the company they said I should be able to fix it by climbing up on my roof.  They offered to explain how to fix it.  When I said, “No, I’m not going to fix a problem you created.”  they hung up on me.  I spoke with them the next day and they said they would be out to fix the problem but it has been three weeks and they have yet to stop out.

We heard an unusual deep humming sound from our 20 year old AC coming
from the vents.  AC was still pumping cool air, but the noise was continuous
and we were concerned.  Called First Choice and after explaining the
type of noise, frequency etc. was instructed to turn of the AC
immediately and wait for them to come out.  It seems that the vanes in
the air handler (that squirrel cage looking device that pushes the cool
air out the ducts) were detaching from the drum that they were welded
to.  He removed it and showed me where they were detaching - and
explained that once they start to detach it's only a matter of a short
time before the completely fly off and destroy the entire air handler
(located in our attic).  The entire " squirrel cage" had to be replaced -
but the company that made the unit no longer exists.  They took
measurements and made some phone calls - found a replacement, installed
it and we've never heard that noise again, or had other problems.  If he
hadn't correctly diagnosed the problem during our phone call it is very
likely I'd have faced a much larger $$ bill.

Tim has always been very prompt when we call him with A/C problems. He assesses the problem and promptly does what needs to be done. In the past, he replaced a large A/C unit at a price that was half of what other companies had bid.
