Feldkamp Flooring was a highly recommended installer according to where I purchased my tile (Frye's Flooring). According to the estimate, the job would take 5 to 7 days to complete. With that in mind, I took the first 5 days off work so I could be present for the install (time off with no pay). The installers worked 2 out of those first 5 days. There were two installers, and one of them got the flu. So therefore nobody showed up for two days. If they did work, they arrived at 10:30am and were gone by 2:00pm. and took breaks for lunch. I was promised a completed job on the 9th day, and it wasn't done. I was promised a completed job on the 10th day, and it still was not done. It was finally finished on the 12th day. The tile looks good for the most part. They installed a defective tile in the laundry room. The clean up afterwards was fair. Per my request, I was able to get 10% off the final bill for my trouble. No consolation was offered.
Description of Work: I had 780 square feet of 18'' ceramic tile installed in my home, a diagonal layout.
