Evergreen Pest and Termite

The door to door salesman Zach lied about the service and cost. They charged a $300 termination fee for a contract that I was unaware of. Also, Robyn in the office refused to look into the issue. The service was only a precaution as I didn't have any bugs before the spray. Two weeks after they came out I had ants in my front yard.

Their product is guaranteed and if we have any problems in between, they come back with no hesitation which is a good thing. We have not had any issues.

Evergreen was and is fantastic. I was turned onto them by another provider who recommended them to us b/c we were outside of his service area. Just two weeks before we had had another company come out to treat our home (whom we also found on Angie's List), but the ants we were having issues with had already come back. Given my uneasy feeling about the overall experience with the other company, I wanted to do some research about better options. When I spoke with Evergreen, I was initially just getting information on how much they're prices. Their prices were incredibly reasonable compared to the other companies we spoke to, especially for the scope of service provided. I felt really comfortable with the conversation I had with their scheduler. She was informative and professional. Their office is also close to our home, so we felt good about going with a local company.
The service tech came out to help us, sprayed the interior edges of our walls, the garage, and then treated our foundation with a pressure hose. He also spread dry pellets around our plants and on the grass. All this was to treat the reoccurring  ant issue we'd been experiencing.
Its been two weeks and no ants in sight. Not even on our hardscape outside. 
The product that this company issued is safe for kids and pets. I believe they said synthetic organic? Basically man made from natural products, I believe. In either case, we are very happy with the results. We did have to sign a contract with the company, but its for service every three months for one year. They also guarantee their work, so if we spot pesky pests in the mean time, they'll come back out to help us.
So far, we are very pleased with Evergreen and we're glad we made the choice to go with them. Prices are very reasonable, technicians and schedulers are very professional and friendly, and their guarantee on their work is great.

A representative of the company came to the door when we were outside.  He did a great job of selling the service and the company.   We decided to try it and have a 13 month contract with them.  We had to change the date one time as we were gone and it worked out just fine.

Over all, it has seemed to work as he said we would see dead bugs for 7-10 days around the house (outside).  I have seen some, so I think it is working well.  He came in and explained how this works on a monthly basis for the next year.  They will always call in advance.  I see they are relatively new to Angie's List.  I am happy with their services so far.
