The owner come out and explained in detail what he could do and sent us a written estimate ($446). He seemed knowlegeable and professional. He indicated the work would take two days. He arrived with a helper on the scheduled day. He said that he had to regrout the entire kitchen counter rather than fix missing grout as we had requested. He spent all morning on this project. It's been over two weeks and the grout still has not cured. If you touch it or lean against the counter, black grout rubs off. We will have to pay someone else to remove the grout and regrout the entire kitchen counter. His helper dropped some kind of heavy machine in our bathtub, gouging the tub and damaging the shower door track. We had to pay another handyman to come out and recaulk the tub because the shower door leaked water after that. The second handyman had to find and replace the shower door track because it was damaged beyond repair. The caulking was poorly done by Euro Tile and we had to have that completely redone too. Either the owner or his helper hit the tank of our toilet, knocking it askew. We had to have a plumber come out the next day as it starting leaking water all over the floor. The seal had to be replaced. The toilet was fine before their visit. The owner stated that he could not get the bathroom countertops clean. They looked no different than before his visit. They stained our new carpet by laying something oily on it and then rubbed in in with something rather than blotting it. They spayed some kind of sealer all over the kitchen floor, on appliances, etc. We had to wash it off as it never dried. They left abruptly that afternoon saying the job was done in one day and they wouldn't be back. The one thing we thought they did well (re-grouting the kitchen countertop) turned out to be bad as well since it needs to be re-grouted again. We sent the owner a list of our grievances. He wanted to come back but we were afraid of further damage did not want him in our house. We told him we would send him a check for $336 (minus $100) since he was unable to clean the bathroom counters. He agreed and he cashed our check. He actually ended up doing nothing that he said he would do and instead cost us a bunch more money. It was a very bad experience.
