The project was done over 15 years ago and I was given a lifetime warranty. The roof is leaking and they are telling me that they don't do roofs anymore, only waterproofing. They won't even come out and fix the problem.

Empire never responded to our phone calls; it took a letter to get them to respond to us. The representative was sarcastic and rude, as was the owner, Charles Wininger, whenever we spoke with him. To date, they refuse to fix the damage, caused by their defective repairs.
