Anthony is always there for you and always available. I would think of a question at 9:00pm, ask him, and I'd get a response. He also negotiates for you. He develops a good relationship with other realtors so that the process isn't a battle or a fight - it's great! Makes a huge difference! He also contributes $500 to your Down Payment or Closing Costs. Plus, you just can't beat the guy's laugh. My fiancee and I highly recommend Anthony!
