Excellent. Ryan communicated with me that he could come earlier than scheduled if it would help me. It did and worked out great. Compared to other companies I've used, Ryan did a much more complete spraying job. In addition, he spent time explaining various things I could do to reduce spider and pest problems.

Ryan was great! I was sort of in a hurry as I was getting ready to sell my house and he was able to fit me in . He looked over the situation and gave me a couple of options without pressuring me to take either option. Once I made the decision he drilled the holes, applied the treatments and refilled the holes all in a super efficient manner. He kept me informed of his schedule and was there when he said he was going to be. He even towed my garbage can back to my house! I would definitely use ryan again. Excellent. Ryan did a comprehensive inspection of the house and separate garage building to determine any entry areas. He set traps, caught a couple of the invading critters, and then sealed all possible entry areas. Problem solved. I would use Elite Pest Pros again and have also recommended Elite Pest Pros to friends.

Not happy that a minuscule amount (1 tee-tiny tunnel) of termites were found (by previous company) but EXTREMELY happy with the customer service (owner answered phone), coordination of scheduling with Amber, confirming of appointment and fit us into busy holiday schedule realizing our mortgage could potentially be delayed due to need for treatment. Was prompt, thorough and reassuring. Highly recommend and will use again when/if needs occur.

When I called for an estimate Ryan, the owner himself answered the phone. Very friendly and punctual. Their pricing is very good as well.

Since spraying found a couple of **** roaches but it was one one week and one the next so that is probably normal. Otherwise it went very well. Ants seem to have gone away.

Ryan, thankfully, had a cancellation and was super close to me so he rushed over, identified the pest and then sprayed to kill. He also offered to do a termite inspection since he was already there. I'm happy to report I am termite free! He was professional, friendly, respectful (even took his shoes off when he entered my home) and affordable! I definitely have a new pest guy! Update: beetles are all dead and I don't have nightmares anymore of them crawling into my bed!

I do use a pest control company. I am on a quarterly service with them, so within the last three months. I just pay quarterly. I think so, I am not going to find any thing cheaper. They are very thorough, they are excellent. Responsiveness is just fine and punctuality was perfect, I give them an A all the way through.

That worked great, it solved the problem. They sprayed and took care of the bug problem we had.
