Don Jones Plumbing

All staff (office to plumber) friendly, professional and efficient. Was on time. They did work at a rental house. Plumber called me when couldn't get drain cleared, to discuss options. He had to put a clean out drain in. Cost very reasonable and done same day as tried to clear drain.

I'm thrilled. Now I can take a bath tomorrow. I'm so relieved. I'm normally terrified of plumbers, but he was great. I will use him whenever I have a plumbing job.

Mike was the plumber. It went very well. Removing and replacing the frozen valve cartridge was extremely difficult - as it would not budge. With some effort, however it was successful. Installing new shutoffs and lines on one of the bath vanities was required as the original were circa 1983. Mike did a great job, totally professional and on top of things. Would definitely use Don Jones plumbing for any future jobs - everything went great.

Outstanding service from Mr. Jones and his son to unclog my mother's bathroom drains. Both toilets were clogged, and the bathtub drain was very sluggish.  They came out on very short notice at 6:30 pm.  They were both very personable, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with our drains.  I highly recommend them. We were very satisfied and will be using them again.

We had called another plumber after discovering the broken handle and water leak under the sink ... they were unavailable for the next 7 days and their internet reviews were TERRIBLE ... We then checked Angie's list and called this plumber.  He immediately scheduled service, gave us an estimate and promptly arrived to repair the problem ... We highly recommend this company.  The young man that did the repair was very professional .

I called him on a Saturday. The owner answered the phone. He came out to my house the same afternoon and fixed the problem.

An inspection of all of the work completed, explaining in detail what repaired.  All questions were answered.  If any 
of the work were found to be faulty in any way, he would make it good.  He is number one on my list of repair.
Would I recommend him, without hesitation.  

I called Don Jones Plumbing to come out and remove my old kitchen faucet and replace it with the new one that I purchased from Home Depot.  They were able to get to me the same day and both Don and Mike arrived exactly when they said they would.  They were courteous and professional and answered my myriad of questions about other plumbing issues while they worked.  The task of removing my old faucet and replacing it with the new, as well as replacing the angle stops was done relatively quickly.  There was no mess or water left behind and I was very happy with the quality of work they performed.
I used the 10% off coupon that Don Jones Plumbing offered on Angie's List, which is reflected in the above noted cost of service.  I plan on using them again in the near future for my other plumbing issues.

Two plumbers arrived, very promptly, and were friendly and quick. They "snaked" our toilet and unclogged it but they didn't tell me that they had scratched the heck out of the toilet bowl so I didn't discover this until after they were gone!

... came within a few hours ... we were missing a part ... they came back to put it on that very night ... we had the wrong part ... got the right part ... they came back the next morning and put it on ... all done with a great attitude ... and no extra charge for coming back twice!   We were very impressed with them and would recommend them any time!  Nice personalities and great attitude.

This is not the first time I've used Don Jones Plumbing (DJP), but it is the first time since being on Angie's List.  The first time I used DJP was for a rental property that had a broken toilet flange, which was discovered by a very diligent tenant.  I called Don Jones, and he was able to make it out to the house within 24 hours.  He fixed everything without a hitch, and even accommodated the tenants' work schedules by doing the work in the early evening.  The price was very reasonable, and he spent a considerable amount of time answering all my questions on the phone about what happened, why it happened, etc. ( I tend to ask a lot of questions).  So a couple days ago, I found a leak from under the toilet at our new house.  Naturally, I called DJP.  Once again, they were very responsive and accommodated my work schedule and performed the fix in the early evening.  Turns out it wasn't a toilet flange, but just an old wax ring that was leaking needed replacement.  Since I had the old style gate valve on the angle turn, it ended up snapping off and needed replacement.  Price was $125.  I know that replacing angle turns, flanges, and wax rings is not really a huge deal, but DJP's responsiveness, willingness to work around my schedule, and very good prices is what impresses me and is enough to make them my go-to plumber.  I will use them for whatever else comes up in the future, big or small.
