+ -1 moreI could not be more pleased with the expertise, professionalism, and communication skills of this company. Kevin calls when he is on his way, takes the time to explain everything that he is doing (in a way that is clear and not confusing), and he sticks to his repair estimates with no surprises. It's been a month since he did the work, and everything is working perfectly, and my pool is sparkling. I have used several pool companies in the 16 years I've had a pool, and I consider Kevin to be the best in the business. I would not hesitate to call Kevin again, and I have already referred my neighbor to him.
Description of Work: Kevin at Diamond West pools performed a number of repairs on my pool recently, including repairs to the tile, repairs to cracks in the Kool Deck, a leak by the pump, and a replacement valve for my filter. He also made adjustments to my Polaris pool cleaner.

+ -1 moreKEVIN WAS THE SERVICE REP. ON TIME ON BOTH CALLS. VERY POLITE. ONE OF THE CALLS SERVICE WAS LESS THAN AN HOUR. I WAS CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
