They were really good. They were great. Quality, punctuality, the whole deal. They were great. Yes, and I did in November of 2016. They were wonderful. Very professional, great price. They answered all the questions. Just anything you expect when you hire anybody. They exceeded it.

Excellent. The tech came, he was on time, performed the services and it looks awesome. Prior to the appointment there was a mix up with the appointments on their end. They rescheduled the other client and our appointment went off without a hitch. Definitely would call them again or refer them to others.

This guy is AWESOME!!! Not only did he install the pet doors, he also weather proofed any cracks with caulk to make sure it was sealed all the way around. Laid down drop cloths, cleaned up when he was done. AND he is half the price of other providers of the same service. A++++ can't recommend highly enough!!

It went great. Even though pricing on pet doors and installation fees are pretty consistent, they stopped by a couple of days early to be sure that the door I wanted would fit where I wanted it. That made me feel like I had chosen the right company. My pet door was installed through a framed wall with siding on the outside. An old (old house) telephone line in the wall had to be capped off and that was included in the installation fees. It looks great, it can be locked, and my dog loves it. Thanks so much.

Excellent service, product, and business. He was super responsive, prompt and courteous. I had a conflict and couldn't make it home in time to meet him when he arrived to install. He graciously worked with my teenager and our 2 dogs. I came home to find them all happy and thrilled with the new dog door! I highly recommend Desert Star Pet Doors!

Analyzed options and provided a large selection of materials and locations best for our house. We planned to do an in-glass door installation but after further review, we decided for the less expensive In-wall installation of an (XL) JGM door for a 95lb dog. Eric moved electrical wires and outlet, but we now have the best location thanks to his input. Now, several weeks later we are very happy with the look, quality and service Eric provided. Thanks Eric....

The product was of very high quality, just as Eric had stated to me. He called before he came, arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, and interacted with our 3 dogs. He was very skilled and precise at his job and laid out drop cloths to keep our floor clean. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was a true professional.

Shawn came out and installed a JGM pet door in my new home. I called him before the install and we discussed the various options regarding which pet door to choose, etc. Shawn arrived as expected and was very polite and professional.He did an excellent job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.
