+ -1 moreEverything with this company was great. They came in and cleaned the carpets. They were very efficient. I was pleased with the service they provided. I would use this company again in the future.
Description of Work: They cleaned 6 rooms of carpet. The house is 3600 square feet. They moved the couches and sofas. They targeted a couple of tough stains.

+ -1 moreI am not very pleased with them. My cleaning lady was there when they came to do the work and she needed help moving the furniture so they could clean the rugs. They would not help her at all and said if they did they would charge her. The actual carpets were cleaned fine and I didn't have a problem with that. I think they just could have been a little more courteous.

+ -1 moreA very professional job, and the owners were very pleased with the outcome. At my request he returned the next day to hit some high traffic areas again, and reminded me of their no cost 30 day guarantee for any other questionable places. Because I did not entertain any other estimates I cant comment on cost, which could be high, but for the level of professionalism and proficiency, I will call them again without hesitation. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: The technician arrived on time, very courteous and well dressed. He moved proficiently through the home measuring all surfaces to be cleaned. An free estimate was submitted prior to work itemizing everything with cost, with the option to leave or stay and begin cleaning. He was not pushy for the sale, which I liked. He was very thorough and answered all my questions, and offered opinions and advice where needed. asked to begin the job. A thorough cleaning was performed on all carpet, area rugs large and small, two sofa cushions, some throw pillows, patio furniture, and various chair cushions. Our home is approximately 4000 sq ft. It took a full day to complete the task. One of the owners dropped by to assist and answered my questions. Very nice and helpful. This job was performed during the residents absence.
