Todd fixed a dent on my brand-new 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550. He is amazing and the only one I would let touch my vehicles. He has done work for me in the past on my previous vehicles, which include a Lexus LS 430, Lexus GX 460, Porsche 911, and a BMW 750 LI. I have worked with Todd for over a decade and he is the only one I trust.

I have a 2011 Infinite that was damaged while parking at Sky Harbor. There were paint/scuffs and two and quot;Holy cow!and quot; dents (1/2and quot; x 3and quot;) on the passenger side door. There were also smaller dents here and there and some damage on the back bumper. Todd was very responsive, set up a time (on a Saturday!) and was here on time. He got to work very quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. The dents are completely gone. He even removed the scuffs. I looked really hard to see where the dents had previously been and cannot see anything! He doesn't use paint and to my absolute surprise- didn't need to.

Great! Called back almost immediately. Sent photo via cellphone message. Arranged appointment. Todd arrived promptly. Showed him what I had. He analyzed and told me it would be repaired to almost new, then gave me a quote. Outcome was terrific. Exactly as he described the result to be and I had it all done for almost half of my deductible. Well worth it.

My car has less than 400 miles on it so you can imagine the devastation caused when my husband's truck panel accidentally hit the back of it. It was a small ding but one that my eyes went directly to every time I saw my brand new car - and I hadn't even made my first car payment yet. After research here on Angie's List, I decided to give DentPro a call. We were told we would be called back and sure enough we were in a timely manner on the same day. An appointment was made for the day we needed and he promised a call before he came. Within 60 minutes of his promised pre-arrival call, he arrived, gave a quote and was gone. The best part? The dent is completely gone and you would never know it had happened. Now I just sent my first car payment feeling much better about doing so.

Todd was great. He showed up early, was very professional and he was able to get the dent out. The door looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much.

Dent was removed but paint cracked, so they were not satisfied and refused to charge anything.

A week prior to contacting DentPro, I obtained two separate estimates from two local body shops that each specialized in collision repair (my collision was with a 14 year old boy who ran full speed into the side of my car--he just wasn't looking where he was going). At the time of the accident, I didn't even notice the smooth dent made by his impact..I was more concerned about the poor kid. Thus, I thought that restoring the panel would be an easy fix (there was no paint damage, the dent was gradual/smooth, it didn't affect the car's driveability, etc.). Was I ever mistaken! Service King's estimated cost of the repair was $961.38 and would require approximately 3 days to accomplish. Caliber Collision's preliminary estimate of $849.32 was a bit less, but the repair would still require 3 days to complete.
Needless to say, I am so happy that a friend recommended DentPro after I showed her my car. Todd promptly returned my phone call, assessed what needed to be done, gave me a rough estimate, and scheduled the service call at my home on one of my days off (although the mobile service can also make the repair while someone is at work...he'll come to their place of business).

Mr. Desmidt arrived at my home at the scheduled time, assessed the damage, and quickly went to work. He was finished in less than hour. Again, the car looked flawless...I couldn't even tell where the dent had been! In fact, my across-the-street neighbor--who is the most car savvy person I know--came over to see the results of the work (and promptly took the company's contact information for future use). I could not be happier with my results--thank you, DentPro!

Todd at DentPro did a fantastic job. He was able to fix a dent that 3 other and quot;Dent Prosand quot; said couldn't be fixed based on the location of the dent. He was easy to work with. I initially emailed pictures of the dent to him for his assessment. He arrived on time to provide a follow-up assessment. Todd's attitude was professional (and cheerful). He fixed the dent that others said could not be fixed. I would recommend Todd if you need dent repair.

Todd has 16 years experience and it showed. He looked at the car door and told us that he could get most of the dents out, but not all. We appreciated his honesty. He did get about 97% of the dent out to the point that it looked good enough to avoid spending another $1400 at a body shop. Thanks Todd.

Todd arrived on time and ready to work. Todd is both a craftsman and total professional, i would recommend his servings to anyone needing painless dent repair work. This gentleman is the real-deal , fair, honest and talented.

Came a little late but did a great job removing the dent from my car door, it looked perfect. He was done in 30 minutes start to finish.

Owner Todd DeSmid came to the house and repaired two parking lot dings. He did such a great job, you wouldn't even know where they were. I would highly recommend his service.
