It was a pleasure meeting Michael. We thought we'd be doing the work today. He viewed my situation and determined that people could sell me all kinds of chemicals to bandaid a problem, but that's not the solution. That's how I got into this in the first place-being sold chemicals by Leslie's who consistently sold us the wrong thing. It was exasperating. He explained what solution would be needed (Acid wash/Power wash) and recognized that I'm not the bandaid type-I want a CURE! When we fix the problem using his suggestions, he'll be the first person I will want to call for service. Appreciate the honesty!

Perfect! The owner, Mike Denton, is not only a skillful pool servicer, but a truly exceptional gentleman. My pool had been poorly serviced by my previous pool maintainer and eventually became infested with green algae. I called Mike, who came over the next day and told me what needed to be done. He drained the pool, added chorine and started the water fill. The next day, which was Saturday, when the pool was full with fresh water, I started the pool motor and the salt cell began to leak like a sieve. I called Mike and he came back that day and made the repair, saving me tremendous aggravation. He is a truly honest and compassionate owner of DE Enterprises, and I highly recommend his service -OUTSTANDING! - and the pool looks great!
