DAVID TRAIL INDUSTRIAL PAINTING

I wanted to give my painter a shout out since he and his team did a wonderful job. If anyone is looking for a professional team who is easy to communicate with give Charles Trail a call. After getting a handful of quotes Charles said one thing that really stood out to me: Anyone can slap paint on a house, but if it’s not prepped correctly, you’ll be painting your house again. You’ll notice the dry rotted beams above my entry way were also replaced. Initially I was only going to replace the 3 bigger ones but once his team started taking the old beams it was clear the whole thing needed to be replaced and he didn’t even charge me extra (although I’m sure the bulk of the cost was already accounted for). Where do I begin??? In the beginning John Trail was really nice. That instantly fell apart when the wrong paint color was ordered. He adamantly stated, more than once, that it wasn’t his fault even though I offered him the paint samples to take with him when he ordered the paint. He said he didn’t need the samples. To make a long story short, I didn’t want the color of paint that was ordered, wrong color. Him and his crew walked off the job, very unprofessional behavior. A day or two later after no communication from John I called David Trail. He came over and I gave him the paint samples and the correct paint was ordered with an additional cost of $200 to me to help offset the cost of paint to the contractor. So, a crew came and pretty much rushed through painting the entire 2400 sq foot in a little over a day. Now the stucco part of the house looks ok but where there was wood they did a bad job!! And my back deck I had to purchase another 2 gallons of paint to finish the job right myself. I expressed my concern to David about the inferior painting and so he sent a painter to do more painting without supplying any paint. So the painter left. Than a day or two later another painter came and the color didn’t match. I was promised touch up paint which I never received. The painters left empty paint cans and rollers/brushes and cigarette butts in my yard. They got paint on my back patio and front front patio cement slabs. Just a mess!!! It took me 3 days to scrape all the paint off the trim of my windows because they didn’t tape properly. A nightmare!!!!

Awesome job !!! We would definitely use again and in the future for any paint jobs. Was great to work with David and John. They kept in touch from start to finish. Very satisfied with this business. Thanks again !!!

They did an excellent job. Arrived on time, masked the appropriate areas, and did a professional job. David Trail in particular was very attentive to any concerns I had and addressed them immediately. Although the business address is Glendale, he said he lives in Chandler which situates him to serve the East Valley.
