+ -1 moreAfter looking these folks up on Angie's List, I gave them a call in early October. The receptionist said she didn't know anything about concrete, but would have the foreman call. Two or three days later, the foreman called and made an appointment for October 12, at 9 am. He never showed and never called with an explanation or to reschedule. I didn't call back because I don't beg people to earn several thousand of my hard earned dollars.
Description of Work: There was to be 15 yards poured if the contractor cared to keep his appointment.

+ -1 moreHE INSTRUCTED ME ON HOW TO DO IT MYSELF INSTEAD OF PAYING HIM TO DO IT! HE WAS JUST THE NICEST PERSON AND WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Description of Work: He came right over to look at the foundation of the house!
