Moving
Dishonest company that has no intention of keeping their schedule or rates that are initially set. We moved from Tulsa, OK to Spring, TX and our move was delayed by 72 hours due to this company. Reasons provided for the delay were "construction" and "traffic". They are not clear on what will be extra charges and we ended up with almost $1000 of extra charges beyond the "set rate" the was promised. My husband missed his first day of work due to their delays. When they finally arrived to Spring, there was only one man to unload the truck. Was not able to talk to a manager or customer service agent until I refused to wire the remaining balance until I spoke to someone. We paid $4,000 for a convenient move and all we got was a huge headache. Do not use this company.
