Ryan showed up promptly. Well dressed and courteous - as he always is. We got right to the job (I had the Koehler innards already on hand from previous order). It didn't go perfectly - that is why we called the plumber (it NEVER goes perfectly). Ryan let me bug him and take a few pics of the task. I even discovered I didn't have to go to the store for aerators after he left (he didn't have that specific part on the truck) Our household has used Courtesy Plumbing since we found them and I think they were also new(ish) and will continue to use them. We have never been disappointed in their service. Like one customer said previously - they might not be the cheapest, but they are SO WORTH it and not that expensive either.

We Have used Courtesy plumbing for several problems/projects, and will continue to do so. They are definitely not the cheapest, but you get what you paid for. Their plumbers are always very professional and courteous. This last time, our water heater decided to say good bye. They gave me the options for what to buy, talked me out of a tankless water heater (which would have costed about $2,000 more), and installed everything on the same day. They have also been out for several other visits. Most memorable was when we still had our "home warranty" (aka a $700 rip off). They had sent out a plumber to remove a kids' toy from a bath tub. Their plumber said that this was not covered by the "home warranty" and oh, by the way, I have to open up your floor, and it will be $1500. We called Courtesy instead. They removed the toy within 30 min and for $200, and I cancelled the home warranty after that. Like I said, we will continue to use them for the multitude of projects that our old house calls for.

I thought it went well. It took 3 days, although it took a few hours to feed the service line under the walkway so that held up the work a little. I was over all pleased with the work although their access through the skirting could have been a little neater. I would have them again for plumbing.

They arrived on time and did the work for the price quoted. They did not find extras to charge us for. These guys know what they are doing and we are very pleased with the service we received. They job did take a little longer than what they expected it to but I have not had any problems since.
