I'd had some work done on my home, and while the contractor did a good job of sealing everything up, bees are somewhat persistent creatures and managed to find a hole. I noticed them swarming and called Courtesy (have had them perform similar services in the past). The technician came out the next day, and sprayed the area thoroughly with a chemical that does not antagonize the bees but eliminates the hive over a couple of days. He gave me suggestions for precautionary measures to prevent a recurrence. I have had Courtesy out to deal with a bee hive on several occassions (it seems that no matter how well you think you've caulked, bees will find the spot you miss), and find them to be responsive as well as forthcoming with tips to help prevent future problems. While it is impossible to and quot;bee-proofand quot; your home, Courtesy points out possible problem areas and I would recommend them highly to anyone with bee problems or for other pest elimination needs.

(I'm not sure what happened, I wrote a long, great review then the next day Angie's List called me and asked me to submit a review again over the phone. Apparently my long review full of praise was shortened to and quot;they are a small companyand quot;. W**, Angie's List.) I called Courtesy Pest Control to come exterminate a gopher that was plaguing my yard. I talked to the owner, Hank, when I called and was happy to learn that they used traps, not poison. I have 3 cats and a dog so I don't need poison or a poisoned gopher showing up in my yard! They were able to come out the same week and set the traps. Every week my technician came back to check the traps and reset as necessary. He always called the day before to let me know he'd be by, and give me an update on how it was going (I was always at work when he came over). It took 3-4 weeks but they finally caught the sneaky bugger--he had quite the tunnel system going on. I could not be happier. After the gopher was killed, they removed the traps. The next day, the owner Hank called me to tell me I had actually overpaid by $40 (it was $85 for the initial set-up, which it turns out also covered the final removal of traps, and $40 for intermidiate weeks when traps had to be reset due to dirt or whatever accidentally tripping them). He said he would return or destroy the check, or he could send a technician to treat for crickets and ants that had been observed in my yard. I opted for the latter and they came the following day to provide those services. A little over a month later, I have evidence of a new gopher invading my yard. I immediately called Courtesy Pest Control and Hank said they would be able to come out the next week (I called on a Thursday or Friday) even though it was a short holiday week. He remembered who I was and where I lived which was great. I now have new traps set. No evidence of new gopher mounds after the first week, so hopefully they caught him on the first try!

We've been using them for 9 years. They always call, like a couple of days in advance to tell us that our monthly schedule is coming up and the guys are always professionally dressed and friendly and you're not scared to let them in your house. I think there are only 4 guys but you see different guys come in.

Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very pleasant. They are very reliable and courteous. They always call ahead of time to let me know that they are going to come out to spray.

They call ahead and let you know when they'll be in the area if you'd like them to stop by. They're punctual and polite and the same technician comes each visit.

We have used Courtesy Pest Control for preventive bi-monthly pest control inside and outside our home for the last 9 years. They take care to spray only where we'd like them to. They are always very friendly and professional. They always take a moment to acknowledge the dog to make her more comfortable. When we first moved in, we had a big scorpion problem. Hank (the owner of Courtesy Pest Control) showed us how to help diminish the problem and used chemicals specific to the problem. Hank and the Courtesy family have helped immensely. Hank has always been available by phone to answer questions that arise and is always very helpful and friendly.

He gave me a lot of education on the product and saved me some money. He was friendly.

We have used them for atleast 5 years. They have always done a good job. They are very professional and trustworthy. They do a good job as we never have any problems. We have had them do animal trapping as well.
