He is really great. I have used him for about 12 years. One time I dumped a part of a can of paint on the carpet. My sister was painting one of the kid's rooms and he told me exactly what to do. He said mop up the paint with a towel and put a wet towel over it so it stays wet til he can get here. He said he's got a job on Saturday and that he will come right over after he finished and he did. He has really treated me nice.

They did an excellent job. It is a family company and they did not try to upsell me on more than what I requested to be done. They did a great job stretching.

They were very flexible when I requested 6pm appointment. Came in, went right to work, and were pleasant to deal with. The restretched carpet looked OK but when carpet dried and I checked the bedrooms, I discovered they didn't work in one. Had to call them back the next day and pay more for them to complete the work.

"I came in and did an amazing job on the condo that (member name removed) lives in. She had white carpet and it was extremely dirty. I stretched all of the carpet that we agreed to stretch while we were there cleaning. I went back as soon as possible to take care of the things that she had concerns about. I was very polite and eager to make things right, even though it was not part of the work to be done. At the time I did the work she was very appreciative and thought that I did a fantistic job. It seems funny that she would wait 4 months to do a review and rate me poorly for service that goes to any lengths to get the job done right."

Cornerstone Carpet Care was called when large yellow/brown stains were left on my carpet by a carpet cleaning service 5 days before. The prior cleaner insisted the stains were pet stains that were never seen until he "cleaned" the carpet. Cornerstone specializes in removing pet stains so I ask them to reclean the carpet. They did so removing the yellow/brown spots and assured me they were NOT pet stains, but use of the wrong solution by the previous cleaner or a perhaps a leaking bottle of his solutions.
Cornerstone had a $100. minimum and offered to clean the hallway and a bedroom at no further charge. They did a beautiful job, were professional and I would highly recommend them.

They arrived on time, were pleasant, professional, worked hard and their rates were competitive. They put everything back where it belonged. Our carpets look almost like new again. We would definitely use them again.
