This is probably my fault for having failed to notice that previous positive reviews of this business have been for smaller jobs than mine. It appears to me that they do not have a lot of experience with cleaning whole home exteriors. Overall the walls of our house do appear cleaner, however, there were multiple missed areas on trim and decorative elements, a lot of debris left on patio areas, and one of their workers tried to walk on an unsupported patio roof, resulting in some serious damage to the roof when the tiles broke under him and he fell part of the way through (thankfully, he was not injured). When I asked them to come back to re-do areas that had been missed, I was accused of "trying to renegotiate the price." They did arrange for a roofer to come and repair the damaged roof, and he did a good job, although I was not consulted about the timing of his visit and he arrived just as I was trying to leave the house for an important business trip, which was a little stressful. Although we had been told that they would spend 4-5 hours to complete the job, they were they were there for 2 hours, including the time spent dealing with the roof breakage.

"We strive to make every customer happy and do an excellent job. The size of this job and the exterior cleaning of the home are something at which we are skilled. The service time for this job was estimated to be four-to-five hours; we had two technicians work on the job for over two hours, which equates to four-to-five man hours of work and is in keeping with the given upon estimate. The price was agreed upon prior to scheduling the appointment for multiple services: exterior house wash, exterior window cleaning, and pressure washing of the pool deck, patio and other flat surface areas. As stated, one of our technicians began to walk on an unsupported tile roof, resulting in about eight tiles being broken. This was an honest mistake, and we immediately scheduled a roofer to come out first thing the following morning to match and replace the tile. The homeowner was informed and agreed to this repair. As is our normal course of action for our company, we took full responsibility for the damage and covered the cost of the repairs. We were then contacted to come out a second time to touch up areas identified by the homeowner as not sufficiently clean. At this time, the homeowner stated our pricing was more than she personally made in her own profession. This is when we felt it necessary to point out the price was agreed upon prior to service beginning and was nonnegotiable. Upon arrival at the home a second time, the homeowner was unable to locate any of the areas she had previously claimed needed to be touched up. We offered to rewash her pool deck and pillars to provide the best service and make the homeowner happy; to which she agreed. We stand behind our work. We are confident we did everything possible to correct any issues the homeowner experienced. We believe we met the goal to clean the exterior of the home, as well as cleaning the exterior windows, pressure washing of the pool deck, patio and other flat surface areas of the home."

Right on time, did a great job, and did my windows too! (I have old 1950s, cranks, with multi-panes) WOW, and when all said and done, let me know of other services offered with discounts for returning customers. When I asked about a task that they didn't offer, he immediately made note, that when he got back to the office, (he works with a couple companies that do that work), would send me their information. Thanks Luke -Great Job, and I'll be one of those returning customers!

The jobs went very well. Luke Lawrence, the owner, came out shortly after the slurry seal incident, gave me a price and explained the process. He started and completed the job in two days and then since I was out of town sent me a video of the clean driveway. The patio was done the following week and I am satified with his work. Windows completed today. As with his other work he was punctual; professional and very fair with pricing.

Luke was recommended by Ryan Long of Elite Pest Pros to clean up the honey residue from a Africanized bee infestation we had on our 2nd story roofline. Luke came promptly and did an outstanding job of pressure washing the area. Very customer service oriented, professional, and friendly.

Luke showed up on time and got right to work. He pressured washed all sides of the outside of the house and checked the roof for pigeon droppings. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and thought the quality of work exceeded the cost. I would recommend Clear Cut and will use them again.

I have a pool deck and patio made of white, stamped concrete flagstone. It's beautiful, but because the concrete is unsealed, it retains dirt over time. I contacted Luke about having the deck power washed. He returned my call promptly, discussed the cleaning options available and was able to fit the job into his schedule the following day. He called in advance the next morning, showed up on time and did an excellent job. My deck looks as good as new! Reasonably priced as well. Although mine was just a small residential job, I'd highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again. Great work!

Luke came out to our property to do a service on our driveway and back patio.
He had called ahead to lets us know he was on his way, as well as showed up to our home at the time scheduled. He did a very thorough job on removing oil stains and rust that was present, as well as educate us that most recent stains would be more able to be removed, due to oil that was there prior to us living in the home had penetrated the concrete. He also came across our kitchen window from the side of the house, seeing that there was pigeon droppings, and asked us if we would like that cleaned off as well. His service was very friendly. We were very happy with the service and we will use them in the future, as well as use them for all my outside house services needed. We would recommend his service to anyone looking for a through price and serviced needed.
