Eddie was a pleasure to deal with and Fermin did an outstanding job on the tile and floors. The only issue was they were a little messy when it came to the painting portion of the job. But I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

With Lucas Carpentry, you get a lot of bang for your buck. They are timely, professional, courteous, knowledgeable about their trade and will go above and beyond to make the customer happy. The only thing I noticed was that their attention to detail regarding finish work could be improved and after project clean up could be a bit better. Overall, I had a great experience with this company and would use them in the future.

Eddie was polite, courteous and did a fine job on my porch/patio repair. His bid was submitted quickly (another contractor took 3 weeks to bid a very simple job) and was among those priced most fairly. He arrived on time and finished the job within the time stated. I'm not an expert, but the job he did looked professional and well done - I'm pleased. Eddie attended to little extras that I appreciated - i.e. touching up paint and nailing down the roofing beyond his repair site. I'm pleased to recommend Lucas Carpentry, Inc.

Super professional and extremely likeable

The carpentry was great for this project. The pricing was reasonable. The finishing could have been a little better.

Eddie was very cordial and punctual. H looked over the project and suggested that I could do it myself. He gave me tips on what I needed to do. I will definitely use him on any further projects and would recommend him to others.

Mr. Lucas is a great guy, and did a great job on the repairs that I needed.

Mr. Lucas is a nice man but his work is, at best, average. It is clear from looking at the finished project (gate) that he selected his materail based on price, not quality. I may share some blame for this by not making it clear enough that we were more interested in quallity that cost. Mr. Lucas needs to improve his communication with his customers and call them when he is unable to meet a time line that he sets (not force the customer to call him to find out whats going on).

Worth the price. Nice guys. Had to redo parts of the job myself, but that's ok.
