Recently, I just purchased my first rental property and decided to choose Cactus Sunscreen again for whole house installation. I tried to contact my previous installer Randy again. Unfortunately, he was in other job and he referred his colleague Arthur contacted me instead. Arthur arrived my new house on time, got some basic measurement, and draft out the pricing. He also gave me some discounts as a return customer who had worked with Randy in the past. After I agreed the installation, Randy came to my house next day for more precise measurement and checked my windows frame structure. Two days later, I met with
Randy again and completed installation. I am very happy to see Randy again. The new sunscreens are very clean looking, fit the windows well, and I am very pleased. I hope to be calling again in about 6 to 8 months with a new job for my brother new house.
They came when they said they were going to come. They put really top notch screens. The guy who installed them was really good. We have used them a couple of time and we will continue to use them. I had to call back as a screen had an opening and they replaced the entire screen to make sure it was a perfect fit. No phone calls were necessary to remind them that they had to come. I rate them high overall. I have recommended them to my neighbors.
