I got a quote from Billy (nice guy) was a reasonable price, and after interviewing several companies over about 1 month we decided to go with these guys. They got the roof replaced in 5 days, and answered all questions with patience and understanding. However, upon research after the job was completed, because we were having some concerns about the quality of the roof, we found their license had been revoked. Their license was in good standing when we got the quote and didn't feel it was necessary to check again before service. When we called the owner, Carlos, he refused to return our phone call to answer our questions about it & stuck Billy in the middle causing him to defend his boss when it really wasn't his place. I felt that is poor business practice.

Billy provided one of three quotes that I received to shingle my house in Phoenix. He had called to check with me several times and they were having difficulties in getting the estimate to me (Office internet problems). His bid was higher than the lowest bid but it seemed to be the most honest to what the cost should be.
There were many delays in getting the job done. Of course, one can not always the control the elements in August such as the heat and the monsoons. Perhaps a portion of the delay could be due to over scheduling the work crew?? There was some frustration due to the delays.
Overall, it seems like they did a good job.
