+ -1 moreI’m very satisfied with their services. I’ve been using them ever since I moved down here which is nine years ago. They are just very good. It’s not a big company. He does all the work himself. He’s very thorough. He’s very good. They also do tile work, power cleaning, grout cleaning and all those kind of things. They just did an excellent job on everything that I’ve had him do. He does all the work himself. He’s not in and out in just half an hour or an hour like some of the other places. They are just very good. They are just superior to any other carpet cleaning company that I’ve ever had. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used C & R Plus Ii for carpet cleaning. I last used their services two weeks ago. He vacuums the floor first and then he adds the shampoo. He then goes over with an extract machine following that. After that he puts another solution to protect it from stains.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING THE CARPETS, EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE IN ARRIVING. HOWEVER, THE COST AT $260 WE FELT WAS PRETTY EXPENSIVE FOR ONLY A SMALL AREA.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED 3 MEDIUM-SIZE ROOMS OF TAN CARPET AND STAIRS TO A SECOND LEVEL.

+ -1 moreMIKE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. HE WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH MY WALLS AND DID NOT RUSH TROUGH THE WORK. THE CARPETS LOOK AMAZING, AND HE HAS DONE WORK FOR MY ENTIRE FAMILY.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED CARPETS IN SEVERAL ROOMS, INCLUDING ONE WITH TERRIBLE PET-RELATED STAINS THAT COULD NOT BE REMOVED WITH TRADITIONAL STAIN REMOVERS.
