I had an AC Tune up done today and my servíce technician was Jared Jensen. Jared was quick, thorough and very professional! The best part was my AC unit is working great. Thanks Jared & Bumble Bee!

Extremely expensive. NO breaks here, not even to fix a couple of toilet flappers after spending $11,500 in water main break (front yard & hot water pipe in home) and being quoted another $400 to replace the flappers for 2 toilets! After talking with Manager, he could knock the flapper replacements for $300 for both. The end result: sloppy dry wall cuts in (7) places in my walls inside my home, quote/job did not come with repair of drywall so that's another $1500 out of pocket to deal with them trying to find the "hot water" pipe that was running. Would only turn off from electric water heater, so they had to find the source of the running hot water. The quote was flat rate, no matter if it took 2 hours or more to fix. In my case, the main water line took maybe 3 total hours and the hot water pipe took a little longer, like 4 hours. I have less hot water pressure after all that. Not happy with the customer service nor pricing.

1st to contact me and showed up. Charlie Trent did a great job. Explained everything to us. The office staff was super friendly and helpful. Even got a follow up call to see how Charlie did. The price was inline with other quotes.

I had a leaking shower/tub faucet. I tried changing the springs and seats, but I could not get it to stop leaking, actually it became significantly worse. Finally, reached out to Bumble Bee for an emergency call on a Saturday. Buddy came out and noticed that I left a piece of the seat inside. Buddy removed the chips for the old seat and gave me the option to try it again since I was doing the project correctly, or have him complete the job. I elected to do it myself. I was only charged for the service call. I completed the project and no more leaks. Thank you Bumble Bee for the awesome service, and thank you buddy for saving me a few hundred bucks by encouraging me to try again. Class act!

Tech showed up clean, very professional, did a survey of our system and identified some issues. Great tech!

This is my second appointment with Bubble Bee. This time they sent Charlie Trent to repair a leak in my kitchen sink. He had to replace the drain in the sink. He also made sure all the pipes under the sink were in good shape. He also installed an overflow tank on my water heater. He did a great job cleaning up. He was very professional and respectful and he is a very nice guy. Bubble Bee is now my go to plumbing company.

The technician spent over a hour evaluating our home and recommended 3 fixes for us to considerâ all of which need doing in the near future. I should get a second opinion on the big-buck item, but I suspect their price is on target.
