Home advisor gave me the name of Blackstone Glass to replace a broken window. Erick returned my call, came to the house, did measurements and ordered the glass and within a week my window was replaced. Very happy with the work and the professionalism and the cost. Would definitely use again!

Erick was great. He responded quickly and ordered and install a glass replacement for a window and door in my home. He came thru when another company failed me. I would totally recommend him and will use him in the future.

Erick did a great job. He was here quickly and right on time. Quoted a price and had the material to fix our windows within 5 days. Then he had to go above and beyond because we had shutters that had to be taken down before he could install the replacement windows. He did what needed to be done, then replaced the windows and replaced the shutters. Saved us having to get the shutter people out to take the shutters down and put them back. And he did a great job!!! I would not hesitate to call him again and would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed his expertise. Plus totally comfortable to have him working in my home.

Erick is absolutely incredible! I do not know where to begin to let people know what a rare individual Erick is. He is communicative, authentic, skilled, knowledgeable and very reliable. I want to speak to his honesty. We are a jewelry store and he was working on a display case where a piece of gold jewelry and fallen down into a crack. Erick found it and walked over and handed it to me. He could have easily pocketed the piece and no one would be the wiser. He is very transparent and upfront with what he can or cannot do. Erick is competitively priced and actually over delivers. We had some major repairs due to a break-in and were referred to Erick by another glass/window company as they were incapable of the repairs because of the difficulty of the work. Not only was Erick able to figure it out and resolve the issues, he handled us with the most kind, genuine, sincere sympathy and caring through this difficult situation. His work is of the highest quality and he has excellent followup. One of the things that he said to me, which is really rare was - I am not just looking for a job, I am looking for a life long relationship with my clients. He really wants to do a great job.
