Bill was very friendly and professional. We made an appointment and he gave me a 60-minute window for arrival time, and easily met it despite an unplanned closure of the 101. He took the extra time to check and adjust the player system as well as tune the piano, and also spent time answering my many questions about the piano itself. We will definitely call him for our subsequent tunings and piano needs.
