John was prompt and very professional. He repaired the lock and lubricated the unit which had become dry. We have used Bell Lock and Safe for years and have always been very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

They came right away, but their service wasn't good. They mismatched all of my doorknobs (the outside and inside didn't match anymore!) and my front doorknob was left loose and hanging. I called them because of the mismatched doors and the date was wrong on the receipt that I need to turn into my insurance. The owner, Rick, got very defensive when I called. His tone and attitude were not sympathetic, and it was as if I was putting him out to ask him correct this issue. He didn't even offer an apology.

WHILE THE GENTLEMAN WHO CHANGED MY LOCK WAS ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEIR SERVICES ARE VERY OVER-PRICED. I PAID $85 FOR A 5-MINUTE JOB!

WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR 15 YEARS, INCLUDING REPLACING ALL THE LOCKS ON OUR HOUSE WHEN WE MOVED IN. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND ARE FAIR IN THEIR CHARGES. THEY HAVE HELPED US WHEN A KEY BROKE IN A LOCK AND WE COULDN'T GET IN.

KEYS MADE HERE WORK, THE ONES FROM HARDWARE STORES USUALLY DON'T. SERVICE WAS HURRIED. ONE KEY DID HAVE TO BE SMOOTHED BEFORE IT WOULD TURN. MANY ITEMS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE HERE.
