They're always very nice and I feel that they are well trained in customer service. They are able to answer most of my questions.

She does a really good job. There was no trouble at the closing table and we closed under par rate. It is not about the actual bank in my eyes it is all about Jan. She is the best and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is very hard working and get the job done.
