+ -1 moreAMY RUSHED SOME PAPERWORK THROUGH FOR US SO WE COULD STILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF INSURANCE ON OUR LOAN. SHE HAD THE PAPERWORK PREPARED FOR OUR NEW LINE OF CREDIT EVEN BEFORE WE HAD ACTUALLY LIVED IN THE NEW HOME FOR SIX MONTHS, OVERCOMING ANOTHER OBSTACLE SINCE HOMES WERE STILL BEING BUILT IN THE AREA-THUS A LOWER VALUE FOR OUR HOME WHICH CAME IN LOWER THAN PURCHASE PRICE AT THE SALES OFFICE. SHE DISCUSSED EVERYTHING WITH A COWORKER AND COMPLETED THE LOAN TO OUR SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: AMY PEBLER WORKED REALLY HARD TO OVERCOME THE UNAVAILABILITY OF THE MORTGAGE SERVICE GROUP BEFORE WE PURCHASED OUR FULTON HOME. SHE OFFERED A HOME EQUITY LOAN WITH THE SAME SERVICE WE HAD ON OUR HOME EQUITY LOAN AT OUR PREVIOUS HOUSE.
