They were just responsive and helpful. There was no fuss and they did it really quick. They were professional and the price was fair.

No problems with the hard wood floors.
A DISASTER ON THE TILE INSTALLATION. NOT HAPPY.
Baker Brothers collected all the money up front, before any work was performed. We were prepared to pay half on signing and half at termination of the work. But my American Express Card was debited the friday before the job started or any materials were on site.
If during my carer I ever asked my boss to pay me first, I would have been fire in short order. The fact was,my employer allays retained two weeks of my pay. I work first, got payed later.
Baker Brothers get paid first,do a lousy job later. How is that for good business ????

Baker Brothers have send the same installers to re do the entire tile floors, they have removed all the tile that was installed by them and re-installed new tile.
The job is it a bit better than before, however, we are left with a second house clean up once more.
No compensation for the clean up second time around.

The Baker Brothers probably retired after handling my sale being that it cost me so much money. This was the first time I tried them and except for the little trouble I had with the tile man I had an overall great experience.

THEY WERE ON SCHEDULE WITH DELIVERY AND INSTALL. BOTH ROOMS WERE FINISHED IN ONE DAY. THE CREW DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE FLOORING AND ALSO A GREAT JOB CLEANING UP. THEY TOOK GOOD CARE TO ENSURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR SPECIFICATIONS.
