 + -1 moreI couldn't have asked for a better experience. I immediately clicked with Eric Sanchez, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to find the perfect tenant within a couple of weeks and has accommodated several repairs through the use of his extensive on call service personnel. The tenant is happy, I'm happy. There were several priced plans for his service and we chose the all inclusive flat fee of $150 per month. He collects the rent, handles the Transaction Privilege Tax details, makes all necessary repairs and provides a monthly accounting to me. I have complete piece of mind...
Description of Work: I needed a property manager to secure a tenant for my rental property and handle all the necessary transactions to include any property repairs.

Description of Work: They have taking care of my tenants leases repairs and anything that is needed in a very timely manner with no problems and no complaints they make my job very easy with no worry at all absolutely one of the best decisions I could have made to hire them would recommend them to anyone I have already had other family members and friends that have used them as well and feel the exact same way thank you thank you thank you to them for making my life easy
