Moved to are from out-of-state. Excellent care and service. Responsive care of dog with broken foot and another diagnosed with 2 infections and need for possible surgery. Excellent vet and vet tech teams. Vet called me next time open after sick visits..Also did regular vaccine updates working with me as new Glendale resident.

We are new to the area and used Angie's List to find a good vet. We took our dog, who has been suffering from arthritis and hip dislocation since birth, to get her monthly injection. The doctor we met also does chiropractic work on animals. He was very knowledgable and professional. I had my dog's records transferred from her old vet, but the new doctor recommended X-rays to see the current state of our dogs' joints and I agreed, considering the vet was treating our dog for the first time and our dog has some serious joint issues. The doctor took time to discuss the results and recommended treatment plan. The cost of all the X-rays and prescribed medications came to over $750.00. This plan included a follow up chiropractic appointment for our dog a few days later. My only issue with the follow up appointment was the doctor was running way behind schedule and the doctor didn't see us until 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment. I was just about to get up and reschedule the appointment for a different time when the doctor came in.
Our cat became ill about a week later and I took her to the same vet office. I was able to get an appointment right away, although not with the same doctor, as the rotate their schedule's throughout the week. The doctor we saw this time was very nice and informative, but running a bit behind as well. She did a thorough exam and tests to diagnose the issue. Cost of this treatment was about $350.00 which included medication.
My only issue with this visit for the cat is that I didn't fully understand the at-home treatment plan for the medication nor the full extent of the cat's issues, but upon a follow up call from a different vet--they called to follow up and make sure the cat was doing better, but again, the rotating schedules at the office led to me meeting a third vet that works there but her answered all my questions and I feel good about the current treatment plan for the cat.
Overall, the service and professionalism is great at this location. Everyone who works there is very friendly and has great energy with the animals. This vet office is quite expensive though, but to offset that issue, the knowledge of the staff outweighs the expense.

Great. I have been using this vet for the last 6 years. They are always professional, courteous, prompt, and have top notch vets.
The Vets' bedside manor with both the animals and people is unparalleled.
I trust them. They made recommendations that saved my oldest dog from cancer when she had just a couple of months to live. That was over a year ago. They recommended the radiation therapy at the oncology dept in the Chandler Animal hospital.
These vets and there associates are among the best.

We deal specifically with Dr Marty Glanzberg and we appreciate his approach to veterinary care. He doesn't ask you to do unnecessary testing. He is a good diagnostician. He is very compassionate, certainly the welfare of the animal is his first concern.

I really want to use their veterinary services. If the groomer doesn't do it one of the technicians expresses my dog's anal glands, but I do have her going there every 3 to 4 weeks. They charge $45 in total. It's $10 for the anal gland expression and $35 for the groom. I like them because they treat the glands. It's not the outside gland, but they clean out the inside one. They are the only place that does that during her groom. I don't have to make a separate appointment for it or anything like that. They are great. I can't remember how long I've been going there. I've been going there forever. They love my dog. I would continue to use them in the future.

ALL PERSONNEL SEEMED VERY COMFORTABLE AROUND ANIMALS, AND WERE KIND TO THEM, AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO ME. EXAM SEEMED TO BE VERY THOROUGH.

I REALLY ENJOY THIS VET, WHEN OUR DOGS HAD SURGERY, THEY CALLED TO SEE HOW THE DOGS WERE DOING. ONE DOG HAS A THYROID PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ABOUT REFILLING HER PRESCRIPTION AND GIVING OVERALL GOOD ADVICE ABOUT PET CARE.
