The new owner and family are really fantastic. We had our existing LVT recalled. David worked with the manufacturer to be refunded and to get our new LVT installed. The installation was by Henry, the owner, and his sons- an absolutely beautiful job! The floor is smooth, the marble-look flows from one panel to the next- friends thought we had in stalled real ceramic tile versus LVT. The prep and installation crews were polite, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We definitely would refer anyone to this business- great people.

Once they were done installing, I was very unhappy with the product. I found it very difficult to vacuum and overall just not what I wanted. I called the owner and he advised to try using a rake to clean the carpet. This was not something I anticipated doing and told him so. He told me to come into the location and we could work something out. When I arrived, he said he was too busy and passed me onto to his partner who showed me a paper thin carpet. When I told him it was not what I was looking for and that I wanted carpet that did not show much footprints he advised me to go look around. When I found the carpet I wanted, they said they would cover the installation and I would cover the new carpet and then again passed me on the the interior designer who was of no help. I am going to end up paying twice for carpet in the same area. Overall, the experience was horrendous . Do yourself a favor and find a different company to work with.
