I purchased two Amazon Local coupons for cleaning my tiles, each for 500 square feet (total 1,000 square feet). I specifically checked to make sure that they do clean saltillo tiles before I purchased the coupons. On the day, Rene, the person from Arizona Pros, was 2 hours late. He said that his machine needed to be worked on. When he came, he looked at my tiles and said that they would need to be stripped of the sealer, steam cleaned, and re-sealed. And the $198.00 that I had already paid was insufficient and with that, he charged me an extra $300. Unfortunately, because he was 2 hours late, I was unable to stay at home for the entire time and I had to get someone else to be there while Rene finished the job. When I came home, the tiles looked awful. Instead of the reddish color of the tiles, some of them had white streaks. There are areas in the kitchen where some tiles had been previously covered for a long time (but now exposed), allowing us to see the difference between the original coloring and the more worn areas. While I did not expect to see the worn areas to be as good as new, I did not expect them to look worse than before the cleaning and re-sealing. The tiles had to be re-done. The only thing he did well was getting the tiles cleaned. My two complaints are that 1) If they say that I could use the coupons for my saltillo tiles, and saltillo tiles are normally sealed, why would they then not honor the coupons when they came to clean the tiles? And if those are extra, then they should have said so at the very beginning. 2) They did a horrible job finishing the tiles.
