I gave specific areas to focus on and after almost 7 hours it seemed as if nothing was done at all. Seemed very distracted and and erratic. Also broke my thermostat.

The time taken on this job was 4 hours on walls as Shelly requested we get the walls ready to paint condition which required 3 washes on all white walls, due to deep smoke residue. The owner is a hard worker and she put forth a lot of effort and every surface she touched was clean. The lady she brought with her however, complained the entire time, barely cleaned, and what she did clean, she did not clean well. She really brought down the experience, so that is why in good faith I cannot recommend. If the owner hires new people, then itâ d definitely change the rating and Iâ d recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Neglected cleaning completely. I had specifically stated to be sure and clean the top of the refrigerator. Well, all that was done was the top front was wiped across leaving the remainder of the top of refrigerator full of dust. IT WAS EVIDENT THAT ALL THAT WAS DONE WAS AN ARM WAS LIFTED TO REACH THE TOP FRONT OF REFRIGERATOR AND WIPE ACROSS! The front of the refrigerator had the water marks from the wipes so it was i n worse condition than before the attempted cleaning. I will have to clean the entire front of refrigerator. I am at a loss as to why this company calls itself a "cleaning company"!!!! There were spots on the kitchen floor that I had to clean also. So I'm not confident that my floors were cleaned. The window sills were not cleaned. There were spots on the kitchen floor that had not been cleaned - I had to clean them off while doing my inspection. The vents for air and heat were dusty - had not been cleaned. Kitchen counter not cleaned. There had still debris on it when I inspected and had to clean it myself. I will not be recommending this company EVER!
